It’s time to showcase your restaurant at the Southern Oregon Classic Fundraiser and Auction at the Dinner July 20, 2019. The Dinner is Southern Oregon’s premier culinary event. Last year the event raised more than $30,000 for our beneficiaries!

Date: July 20, 2019
Location: Centennial Golf Club in Medford

Times:

  • Load in 1pm-3pm
  • Event hours 5pm-11pm
  • Serving hours 5pm-9pm

Attendance 1200-1400
Servings 1000 minimum

REQUIRED FOR PARTICIPATION

Dinner package for up to 8 people at your restaurant to be used for fundraising purposes only. Promotion of the Southern Oregon Classic through your social media channels. Promotion of the Southern Oregon Classic in your restaurant (Rogue 5 Media will provide check flyers)

  • Restaurant listing on event website
  • 10×10 covered booth space
  • (1) 8’ and (2) 6’ tables
  • Linens
  • 1 cooler
  • $900 food budget
  • Limited kitchen equipment (first come first serve on availability)
    • EVO grill, LP burner, sheet pan rack, electric hot box, mobile oven, Hard goods Plates, Bowls, Napkins, Forks, Spoons, Knives
